The Estonian
experience in research management and intersectoral mobility has been
introduced in order to initiate re-thinking of
career outlooks
of PhD candidates and facilitate a
smoother
integration
of the Moldovan Higher Education System into the European dimension.
Based on survey results, training
participants' feedback and experts' references, a
final policy report
with viable
recommendations
regarding development of doctoral curriculum from the perspective of
research management and intersectoral mobility has been formulated
and forwarded to the major national stakeholders in the Moldovan R&D
area: Academy of Sciences of Moldova, Ministry of Education and
Youth etc.
Policy report can be
used as a starting point for further
dialogue
between Moldovan young researchers (including doctoral candidates),
universities, R&D institutions, the state and innovative industry in
order to improve development of researchers'
career portfolio
and built a knowledge-based society in Moldova.
