Our ultimate approach sees an intensive and comprehensive on-side training as a key element in development transferable skills.
 

Training programme was composed taking into account survey results, experts' recommendations and European best practices in teaching transferable skills to the doctoral candidates and early-stage researchers in order to assist their career portfolio design.
