The Estonian experience in research management and intersectoral
mobility will be introduced in order to initiate re-thinking of
career outlooks of PhD candidates and facilitate a smoother
integration of the Ukrainian Higher Education System into the
European dimension.
Based on survey results, training
participants' feedback and experts' references, a final policy
report with viable recommendations
regarding development of doctoral curriculum from the
perspective of research management and intersectoral mobility
will be formulated and forwarded to the major national
stakeholders in the Ukrainian R&D area.
Policy report can be also used as
a starting point for further dialogue between Ukrainian young
researchers (including PhD candidates), universities, R&D
institutions, the state and innovative industry in order to
improve development of researchers' career portfolio.
