MODULES & TRAINERS

Based on survey results the following training modules have been elaborated in order to tailor training content to the most actual needs of the Ukrainian doctoral candidates and fulfil their expectations of transferable skills:

Module 1 - university-industry partnership and innovations, goal-setting and strategic thinking

Module 2 - cross-cultural communication and academic networking
   Trainer - Tomas Jermalavičius, MA, MBA

Module 3 - team work, leadership and conflict management
   Trainer - Karin London, MBA

Module 4 - project management, resource planning and time management
   Trainer - Sigrid Salla, MA

Career development was introduced as a recurring theme during the whole training.
